Y&L INC SHIPPING POLICIES

Orders will ship within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed. If a longer processing time is expected, it will be clearly stated in the product listing. For questions regarding shipping timelines for specific items, please reach out to our customer support team.

A tracking number will be provided for every order and shipment. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout. If you do not see this message, please check your spam or junk folder. You may also view your order details and tracking information anytime by logging into your account and selecting the Orders tab.

International Shipping

We ship orders worldwide. Please note that the buyer is fully responsible for all import-related fees imposed by the destination country, including VAT, tariffs, customs duties, taxes, processing fees and clearance charges. These fees are not collected by us upfront, and we cannot provide cost estimates, as charges vary significantly by region. We recommend reviewing local import regulations ahead of time to prepare for customs clearance and any additional expenses.

No Shipments on Major Holidays

Our shipping department is closed on major U.S. federal holidays and some international holidays and no orders will be processed or shipped on these dates. You may still place orders as normal; all pending shipments will go out on the next regular business day.
